Tile Care: Gently wipe tiles with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, alcohol, and harsh chemicals. Store tiles securely in their original packaging and away from prolonged sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, or extreme temperature changes.

Damaged Orders: If your tiles arrive damaged from shipping, contact The Mahjong Foundry within 5 calendar days of delivery with your order information and clear photos of the product and packaging.
